These terms and conditions apply to those who visit our online platform. There including

No Cash Refund: We do not offer cash refunds, so,  instead, customers can select anything in exchange. 
Non-refundable Items: Some items including fresh produce, frozen goods, pharmacy items, personal care, and fragile items like a spray cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Conditions of return: Products or any accessories, with damaged or unsealed packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange. 
Health Products Liability: Restomart is not liable for any adverse reactions or side effects related to health-related products. Because some people have allergies to anything and they know better.  

Return & Exchange Policy

At Restomart, we ensure the complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

  1. Return Requirements:
    • The original invoice must be provided for any returns or exchanges. Non-defective products can be returned within 7 days from the invoice date, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Seals, such as wraps, packaging, and stickers, must be intact with the items.  Restomart reserves the right to update policies and reject claims for products out of warranty.
  2. Refund Payment Terms:
    • For credit card purchases, a refund voucher will be issued with a 1.7% deduction. Full-value refund vouchers will be issued for debit cards or cash payments. Payments made via credit notes or gift vouchers will be refunded through the same method.
  3. Non-Returnable Merchandise:
    • Installed items,  hygiene products, and unsellable merchandise are not eligible for return. Products without standard manufacturer packaging or damaged by liquids are non-returnable. Service, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable. Special order items are non-refundable.
  4. Warranty Coverage:
    • Manufacturer’s Warranty: The warranty is provided by the product’s manufacturer, brand, or authorized distributor. It does not fall under Restomart’s responsibility. Warranty claims should follow the instructions on the warranty card. For assistance, contact our team. 

Delivery & Installation Policy

  1. Free Delivery Service:
    • Customers are responsible for returning any delivered items that need to be exchanged or returned. Customers should ensure a responsible adult is present at the time of delivery, and that they can get the package easily.  
  2. Delivery Issues:
    • Our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes upon arrival for any contact. If no response is received, they will leave, and additional charges may apply for a re-delivery attempt.
